RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Returns:

Our Policy doesn’t allow any returns and refunds.

In case of complaints regarding products quality or packaging, please refer the issue to us on customerdelight@kritiindia.com & we’ll try our best to help you regarding the same.

We assure you the authenticity and quality of products listed on Kriti Nutrients Limited.

 

2. Cancellation:

At Kriti, we aim for utmost customer satisfaction with the quality of the product and hence we are sure of the fact that the customer shall never be let down because of any quality issues.

When it comes to cancellation of any order so made, we allow a 24 hour window for cancellation. Any order placed by the customer can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing that order. Once the time provided for cancellation passes, the window shall close and the customer shall not be allowed to cancel the order thereafter.
